and police mentioned below and make them known to the crew and to the passengers.
Moreover, each passenger is personally responsible to observe the prescriptions. |

Customs prescriptions
Import: Only goods not exceeding the franchisings (in quantity and in value) and not being subjected to limitations.
The prescriptions can be consulted at :
www.zoll.admin.ch.
Export: Only goods of tourist traffic which are not subjected to limitations and for
which no tax exemption will be claimed for the export.
Other goods can be imported and exported only through a customs aerodrome.
The failure to comply with the requirements is punished as violation of the customs prescriptions. The controls of the customs service are made without
preliminary interrogation.
Police prescriptions
Pilot, crew and passengers shall carry valid and official documents.
The persons liable for the obligation of the visa must
enter and go out through a customs aerodrome.
The failure to comply with these dispositions will be considered as a violation of the art. 292
of the Swiss penal code.
Protection of the data
For customs formalities, information regarding the pilot and the passengers will be passed to the relevant bodies in charge of border controls.
The treated data will be preserved during 5 years.
The electronic transmission of the data is not particularly secured.
